
Thorp School District is seeking applications from District residents interested in being appointed to committees to write the “pro” and “con” statements for the Kittitas County Local Voters’ Pamphlet related to the District’s following ballot measures to be considered at the February 10, 2026 election: Proposition No. 1 – Replacement Educational Programs and Operations Levy and Proposition No. 2 – Replacement Capital Levy for Instructional Technology Improvements.
Interested residents should send their name, address, email address, phone number and committee name (or which position they represent) to: Andrew Perkins, Superintendent, Thorp School District, 10831 North Thorp Hwy, Thorp, WA 98946 or via email at perkinsa@thorpschools.org by December 5, 2025.
The Board will take action on the appointments at its December 18, 2025, meeting. Contact information for individuals appointed by the Board may be listed in the local voters’ pamphlet. Students absent on the original picture day will automatically have their picture taken.

This Sunday, November 2nd, from 2 pm - 4 pm, there will be the first meeting of “Community Craft” with Miss A and Ms B in the art room. Bring a project you want to start or have already started! Students who are 14 and under must have adult supervision. Anyone in the community is welcome to join. We do things like crocheting, knitting, sewing, and more. Join us this Sunday!
