Athletes will not be allowed to practice unless they have completed the following and have been cleared to play by the office.

Athletic Packet
Available in the Thorp and/or Kittitas Secondary Office and by clicking the button below. This form must be completed yearly. 

Current Physical
Must be on file prior to the first day of practice. Physicals are good for 24 months from the date of the exam. Students with expired physicals will not be permitted to participate in practices or games until a new physical submitted. 

ASB Card
HS & MS athletes pay $20 to Kittitas and $20 to Thorp if they play at Kittitas. Sports played only for Thorp only need to pay $20 for the Thorp ASB card. ASB cards are free for students who qualify for free/reduced lunch.
