Student and Parent Support
A child seldom needs
a good talking to as a good listening to

Welcome to all parents and students of the 2009-2010 school year...
First of all, I love your kids...the picture above demonstrates this as I model a pair of socks that was a present to me from one of your children. I am thrilled to be able to have this page to show off pictures of your kids and/or the goofiness that they create in me. They are truly the reason that I am here and I look forward to each day with them. Thank you for sharing them with me.
Now, to help you through this page...this is a page for you and your kids...if I am doing something here at school to help them, I want you to know about it...In addition, if you have a question or want something posted or have a picture to share...please let me know...this is about educating our children, and the best way we can do that is to do it together.
To get you started, you will notice that I have a few links listed below...these links are for your benefit. The first is a letter that was sent out to all junior and senior parents in regards to two exams that students should take to help qualify them for entrance into a university.
The second link is to the love and logic website that offers weekly ideas for parenting. In addition to these ideas this insitute offers trainings....Wow...in Denver...Anyone want to go?????What fun. They also offer online support as well as a catalog of resource materials for students, staff, and parents. Please visit it and let me know your thoughts.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your lives. I am available from 8:00 a.m. - 10:25, 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. and by appointment. I appreciate all of you and your hard work...together we can provide a support system to educate our children now and help prepare them for their future.
